The development plan "Aich Kirchfeldstrasse" started with a lot of criticism - and it remains that way in the process.

The next step was now taken with tight resolutions.

Aich

- The area of the development plan “Kirchfeldstraße” is located in the middle of Aich (city of Moosburg) and creates a rounding off of the town center through the development between the church of St. Georg and the river Sempt.

Even when the development plan was being drawn up, there were critical voices about the plans.

These came from the Greens, among others, for whom 3rd Mayor Michael Stanglmaier confirmed the rejection of his parliamentary group in the city council meeting.

“For Aich, this is too large a building area.” And he warned: “In terms of urban planning, it doesn't make sense.” Stanglmaier wanted a development concept for the Moosburg urban area to first develop goals and visions.

Major changes incorporated into the plan

At the meeting there were other people who said no across the board.

"It's too big for Aich and just not suitable," said Gerhard Beubl (SPD).

The consequence of this was that when the public was first involved in the development plan procedure, most of the resolutions with 12:10 or 13: 9 only received a narrow majority.

After an initial discussion of comments in May of last year, significant changes have now been incorporated into the plan.

The wish that there is only one exit from the construction area was taken into account.

Manfred Tristl (CSU) suggested that a parking ban at the future entrance in the area on St.-Georg-Straße should also be ordered.

Those drivers who do not exactly stick to 50 kilometers per hour in Aich were discussed further.

In the coming weeks there will now be speed measurements of the city - but without an ad display with a corresponding smiley

,

so that you get an unadulterated impression of the speeds actually driven there.

Verena Kuch (Greens) criticized the fact that the biotope along the Sempt was apparently being moved to the neighboring gardens.

Building authority manager Herbert Held countered that the current plan had rather improved the continuous green strip.

This distance to the water is between six and 20 meters.

The mayor is amused by a strange statement about the church

A somewhat curious statement came from the Bavarian State Office for the Preservation of Monuments, indicating that the new building area would move the church further into the center.

Mayor Josef Dollinger (FW) noted this with great amusement: "I have seen churches in the middle of towns before." mean the neighboring house of God.

The updated plan offers a serious change in the building structure: Here, four apartment buildings along the main street form a screen for the new building area.

The previously planned semi-detached houses became multi-family houses with the same building size.

Aicher citizens in concern

This has not put an end to the criticism, as a number of private objections show.

In it, citizens of Aich express concern about the village character and also about the buildings, which would not fit into the environment.

The city contradicts this and regards the planning as appropriate.

However, the resolutions were passed with a very narrow majority of 12:10 votes.

In connection with the considerations, Michael Stanglmaier also criticized the poor connection to local public transport: “Aich is practically non-existent there.” With the growth of the village, the need for a city bus also increases in this direction.
