After a year in hell, restaurateurs and hoteliers are getting impatient.

Restaurants are still closed, a minority resisting thanks to take-out and delivery.

Hotels have never had the administrative obligation to close, but the cessation of tourism and the fall in business travel are depriving them of customers.
