This Friday afternoon, two men aged 32 and 33 were sentenced to five years in prison, including one year suspended probation, for a series of ten burglaries and attempted burglaries in recidivism committed in the space of a month , in the summer of 2019. But also for a refusal to comply and violence against people holding public authority.

Two police officers ended this series on August 23, 2019 in Arpajon (Essonne).
Officials came across the two men as they had just stepped out of an SFR store, which they had previously attempted to rob on the previous August 6.

During the arrest, one of the defendants tries to swallow a sheet of paper… The latter contains a long list of personalities, including the crossed out names of Guillaume Canet or the presenter of “Koh-Lanta”, but also that of the singer Sheila, with their address.
At the home of the criminals, in Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois, many stolen objects were found, which will be recognized by their owners.
The property of TF1 presenter Denis Brogniart, in Bièvres, was visited on the night of August 1, 2019. There was notably stolen a Hermès bag worth 8,000 euros and a Tag Heuer watch.
That of the couple Guillaume Canet and Marion Cotillard had been burgled on July 21, 2019. A computer, Gucci jackets, wine ... had been stolen.
Among other victims, the criminals leave with jewelry, tablets, branded handbags ...
A list with 110 personalities addresses
"I will explain myself", launches one of the defendants, who until now had refused to answer the investigators and the judges.
The thirty-something says that an acquaintance had offered him a job: "to check the list", which included around 110 addresses of personalities, "to see if they were still up to date".
“It took us two days on the Internet,” he says.
He told me that he would pay me in objects, but without telling me that they would be stolen.
