Eight people, including six from one family, were killed in a terrorist attack by "ISIS" in a village in Salah al-Din governorate in northern Iraq today.
An Iraqi security source told Alsumaria News that armed men in military uniform attacked a house in the Albu Dor area, south of Tikrit, Salah al-Din Governorate, and fired with their silent weapons at its owners and killed a number of people from one family, including women.
For its part, the Iraqi Security Media Cell stated in a statement that “the crime resulted in the death of six members of one family, an affiliate of the Salah al-Din police and a lawyer,” indicating that the perpetrators were members of the terrorist organization ISIS.
The statement pointed out that the security forces identified the person responsible for the crime, who is one of the former residents of the village, as the people expelled him from their village to reject his terrorist acts, "and he came to take revenge on the defenseless innocent and their children."
