The Italian Ministry of Health announced the registration of 380 new deaths from the Corona virus, up from 373 yesterday.
According to the World Meter, a global website concerned with developments in the Corona virus, the total number of deaths in Italy has reached 101,564 deaths, while the total number of infections has reached three million and 175 thousand and 807 cases.
In addition, the Italian Ministry of Health announced that most of the country’s regions, including the most populous regions such as the regions of Lombardy and Lazio, will be classified as “high-risk red zones” and will return to partial closure to contain the spread of Corona, as of next Monday.
The ministry explained that the new laws relate to the closure of schools, bars and restaurants, as travel will be permitted only for reasons of work, the purchase of basic goods and treatment.
