Socialists, environmentalists, communists and rebels will present a union list for regional in Hauts-de-France, next June.
"It is on the strength of our common values and aware of our differences that we are united for social and climate justice"
, wrote the four left forces in a press release sent to editorial staff on Thursday.
The stake claimed is also to
"break the suffocating grip of the extreme right which is exerted in Hauts-de-France"

In the 2015 regional, Marine Le Pen came out clearly in the lead in the first round in the region.
At the time, the scattering of the leftist lists had led to an outright withdrawal of the Socialists in the second to facilitate the victory of Xavier Bertrand, who came second.
The result: no left-wing regional councilor has sat in Hauts-de-France for the past six years.
