A 26-year-old man in Yat Tung Village was attacked by his girlfriend's ex-husband. He injured his head and fell into a coma!
At 2 o'clock in the morning today (13th), a 26-year-old resident surnamed Zhang, in Yong Yat Building, Yat Tung Estate, Tung Chung, was ambushed by his current girlfriend's 33-year-old Chen Qianfu in the elevator lobby of one of the floors.
Chen Nan used a mobile phone and other hard objects to injure Zhang Nan's head, and the murderer escaped without a trace.
Zhang Nan suffered severe head injuries and injuries to his nose and mouth. He went home with the injuries and asked his father for help. He fell into a coma soon afterwards. Zhang's father hurriedly called the police.
The ambulancemen arrived at the scene and sent Zhang Nan to North Lantau Hospital for emergency treatment, after which he was transferred to Princess Margaret Hospital for treatment.
Police officers arrived at the scene and after preliminary investigations, the 33-year-old man named Chen was arrested in a unit in Yongyi Building on suspicion of injuring others.
The case was handed over to the Lantau Police District Crime Squad for follow-up, and the case was classified as wounding.
It is understood that the arrested Chen Nan and the injured man lived in Yong Yi Building, Yat Tung Village, and it cannot be ruled out that the incident involved emotional disputes.
