With the aim of introducing the distinguished talents in the media department in the "Bakra Nana" project sponsored by the Damascus governorate, with details of the media work in the media institutions, a team of media talents in the project visited SANA and learned about the stages of preparing the media material in it.

Those in charge of the agency's departments provided the team with a detailed explanation of the techniques and methods of journalistic work used in completing the media material in the agency, stressing the importance of the presence of talent, creativity, and the permanent acquisition of skills and experience for the success of the journalistic work as it is a mirror of what is happening and the journalist has the responsibility to convey it appropriately to public opinion.

In turn, a number of children and adolescents from the team considered that the visit to SANA agency is an opportunity for them to closely examine the mechanism of media work, as Zahraa Alwan indicated that she obtained rich information that motivated her to develop her talent further, while Hala Dakak and Muhammad Jalilati indicated that the visit contributed to He linked the theoretical aspect they obtained with the practical side, while Malak Al Zoubi, Sidra Makki, Abido and Tali` Shaaban referred to the practical knowledge that was presented to them during the visit.

During his meeting with the team, the General Director of SANA Agency Abdul Rahim Ahmed presented an overview of the agency’s work and the distribution of its cadres in various governorates and its correspondents around the world to cover events in various fields locally and abroad, and to provide a media product characterized by speed, accuracy and credibility.

Ahmed explained that the agency is working to transmit the voice of Syria to the world through its news, news photos, reports, news stories and graphic reports “visual content”. It also publishes media content on its first website locally in seven languages, in addition to the Arabic language, in addition to its orientation to the public through various social media platforms. .

The "Bakra Nana" project, which was launched in 2014, includes six departments: Media, Creativity, Acting, Dance, Sports and Music. More than 60,000 children and adolescents aged from 8 to 18 years have benefited from it, according to the official in the media department of the project, Makhlouf Naema, to add trainer Elissar Al Hajli The field aims to link the academic curriculum with practical application, refining and training talents.

Member of the Advisory Committee in the Media Department, Hana Al-Saleh, who accompanied the team on his visit. She saw that the project is a pioneering idea that sheds light on talents in various fields and is supported today in a practical way by visiting media institutions, appreciating the efforts of those in charge of work in Sana to provide children and adolescents with practical information in its various departments and introduce them to a working mechanism Its staff.
