Poing - A rehabilitation clinic in the Allgäu, a good two years ago: Gitte Halbeck is being treated for burnout.

"That's when I noticed that some people find it difficult to get up and move around," the 55-year-old says today.

Because she noticed how good exercise is mentally and physically, she stayed with it after the hospital stay.

She is completing an apprenticeship at the German Hiking Association and is now a certified hiking guide and health hiking guide.

Now she is offering courses for the first time at the Grafing adult education center.

Offer for newcomers and those returning to work

The offer is aimed at hikers new to or returning to hikers, explains Gitte Halbeck.

Easy round tours in the Ebersberg district, two to two and a half hours.

The fee for all five hikes is 80 euros.

The single hike takes place on Sunday, May 9th, from 9.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m.

Participation fee: 35 euros.
