A thirty-year-old friend has just written to me in horror because she has read an article about menopause that has been around the Internet for five years.
“What a wild experience, menopause!” Says my friend: “The one that awaits me.
How little is said about these things and what horror ”.
Of course: there is very little talk and, in this case, very badly.
The American author first makes the widespread mistake of believing that her experience can be extrapolated to everyone and, moreover, falls into all macho clichés.
