Mugheer stated that the infrastructure in the market and the surrounding neighborhood has been rehabilitated, including a sewage network, water, electricity, communications, extending the asphalt shirt, rehabilitating 239 shops, rehabilitating the Yusef al-Azma school located in the same neighborhood, maintaining 200 residential apartments, and rehabilitating the supply roundabout at the end of the market, which contributed With the return of the people to the neighborhood and the restoration of life to the commercial market, pointing out that the governorate has continuously lit the market and supplies it with electricity, and has placed a fixed police point in the middle of the market to provide protection for the commercial shops.
In turn, the head of the Deir Al-Zour Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Hafez Al-Nouri, indicated that the activation of work in the Fouad Cinema Street market will constitute a quantum leap in the commercial and economic movement in Deir Al-Zour governorate because of the importance of this market as it includes many different commercial activities.
