The French police referred to the judiciary two young men who were arrested on suspicion of planning attacks targeting security forces in France.
The French newspaper "Le Parisien" quoted sources close to the investigation as saying that the police arrested the two suspects in Paris and Marseille last Wednesday, a 17-year-old boy and an 18-year-old man, who were suspected of planning armed attacks against the security forces, especially against the army.
The sources added that the suspects were brought before an anti-terrorism judge on charges of "forming a criminal terrorist cell."
European countries are witnessing a state of security alert for fear of the return of terrorism, which some of those countries have supported and overlooked their crimes in Syria.
