Murder of Alisha: white march this Sunday in Argenteuil

The procession in memory of the young girl killed by two other schoolchildren will leave at 2 p.m. from the Cognac-Jay high school, where she was educated, and will separate on the banks of the Seine.


The inhabitants of the city of Argenteuil, in the Val-d'Oise, are still in shock, after the violent death of the schoolgirl Alisha, drowned in the Seine.

A white march in his memory is scheduled for Sunday March 14, announced the town hall of the town of 110,000 inhabitants.

The procession will leave at 2 p.m. from the Lycée Cognac-Jay, where the young girl was educated, and will end at the Parc des Berges, on the banks of the Seine.

Alisha, 14, succumbed to an ambush Monday, March 8 afternoon under the viaduct of the A15 motorway, according to the first elements of the investigation revealed Wednesday, March 10 in the evening to the press by the prosecutor of Pontoise.

The two suspects, a boy and a 15-year-old girl, a couple and classmates of Alisha, were imprisoned in the juvenile quarters of two prisons.

A physical fight broke out on March 1 between the two young girls.

The boy and his girlfriend were under disciplinary proceedings and were excluded from the facility at the material time due to the harassment they were exerting on Alisha.

The murder was committed the day before their visit to the disciplinary council.
