The schoolboy who threatened Friday in Metz with a knife a teacher who wanted to summon one of his parents because of academic difficulties was indicted this Sunday and placed under judicial control, we learned from the prosecution.

This 15-year-old teenager, who had "
no previous
judicial
record
", was referred to the end of his police custody and indicted by a children's judge for intimidation of a person charged with a mission of public service and introduction of a weapon in a school, told AFP the prosecutor of the Republic of Metz, Christian Mercuri.
He was placed under judicial control with a ban from meeting the threatened teacher and from approaching the Philippe de Vigneules college where the facts occurred on Friday morning, according to the same source.
He will also be transferred to an educational establishment in Strasbourg, it was added.

Friday morning, while he was alone in a room with his teacher, he had threatened her with a "
