The chairman of Yisrael Beiteinu, MK Avigdor Lieberman, was hosted on Tuesday at the joyful tavern of "Ofira and Barco", where he presented his ideological doctrine ahead of the upcoming elections: "Sends the ultra-Orthodox together with Bibi on one wheelbarrow to a nearby landfill."

Tastes for Saturday night, no doubt.

Lieberman also feels comfortable making a dismissive and repulsive remark on Nicole Reidman ("Animal Cruelty").

Anyone who expected the pair of interviewers to set a limit or protest against anti-Haredi racism and blatant misogyny immediately remembered that these two had nothing to expect.

Not only did none of them comment to him, Ofira even complimented Lieberman: "You came today sharp."

Lieberman knew why he could feel at home in Ofira and Barco's studio.

This plan, it should be mentioned, was initially accepted as a kind of inferior trash, and suffered a surge of contempt and disgust on the part of the tasters.

But then a turning point occurred: from the moment this "trash" began to act against Netanyahu, the pair of presenters were marked as "the most kicking thing on television."

It is so transparent that it is almost unnecessary to explain: the vulgarity and loudness, the trademark of "Ofira and Barco", are not only tolerable - they are even desirable and appreciated - when they are directed against the Likud, and can be mobilized on the non-Bibi front.

Ofira and Barko give Netanyahu hatred for what no candidate, and no demonstration or sketch of "Great Country" can give: a popular character and a sense of authenticity.

But like any stereotype about popularity, this is of course a false and crude illusion.

The bitter mistake is that this all-encompassing and condescending thought pattern thinks that a central part of the folk style, besides hand gestures and exaggerated laughs, is also hatred and racism.

This, too, is, by the way, part of a stereotype that marks Netanyahu's supporters as acting out of hatred and creating revenge on the Ashkenazi elites.

It so happens that Avigdor Lieberman, whose messages stink of hate speech against sectors - once Arabs, today ultra-Orthodox - feels at home with "Ofira and Barco": they are allowed to slander evil on those who hate (as long as it has to do with Netanyahu) without kidnapping a report by racist inspectors on the left.

It is difficult to express in rational words the feeling of crunch in the face of the result.

If TV shows had a smell - even the most smelly and gloomy landfill could not bear the stench rising from the giggling duo "Ofira and Barco".

Lieberman has come to the right place.

And one more thing: in News 12, they were apparently pressured by the criticism in the barn and were frightened by the possibility that the interview with the CEO of Pfizer might illuminate Prime Minister Netanyahu in a positive light.

After Yonit Levy seemed particularly enthusiastic about Dr. Burla explaining the obvious - that the vaccines are given to the State of Israel and not the leader - they promoted the interview on the news company's Twitter account with the headline: "You will receive vaccines no matter who is elected prime minister."

Or in short, do not worry, you can choose a torch.
