The Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection this evening issued Decision No. 854, which stipulates that the selling price of 95-octane gasoline is set to the consumer at 2,000 Syrian pounds per liter. The price mentioned in this decision includes the annual renewal fee for vehicles operating on gasoline, which is set at 29 Syrian pounds per liter.
The Ministry also issued Resolution 855, which includes determining the price of a liter of premium gasoline, 90 octane, for the quantities allocated on the electronic card, supported and unsupported, with 750 Syrian pounds per liter.
The mentioned price includes the annual renewal fee for vehicles running on gasoline, which is set at 29 SYP per liter.
According to the two decisions, station owners are required to announce the prices and quality of gasoline in a clear and legible manner within the station.
The Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection also issued Resolution 856, which includes determining the selling price of a 10 kg household butane gas cylinder to the consumer to become 3850 Syrian pounds.
