Al-Arabi and Al-Majd teams defeated Al-Waqha and Al-Mohafaza respectively in the opening of the second leg of the first-class football league for the southern group.
In the match that was held on the municipal stadium in Al Mazraa Sports City in Al-Suwayda, Al-Arabi defeated Al-Waqha with a goal without response, scored by Qusay Murshid, while Al-Majd defeated the governorate in their match at the Governorate stadium in Damascus with a goal without a response, also scored by Ahmed Al-Munajjid.
The Al-Arabi, Al-Muhafaza, Al-Majd and Al-Waqaa teams compete in the second round of the first-class football league for the southern group, so that they play between them in two rounds, back and forth, at the end of which the first and second central teams qualify for the decisive final round to rise to the excellent division.
