- How do you analyze the upsurge in violence and gang phenomena?

- The rise in violence is a reality.
These are multiple.
In neighborhoods, drug-trafficking violence has flourished for decades, with gangs clashing.
We realize that there is a new phenomenon with the constitution of groups of young people who have decided to get along and who are launching calls on social networks to do battle with another group of young people.
We are also witnessing the feminization of these groups and the resurgence of violence against themselves.
Some have addictive behaviors, end their days.
We want to fight against all of this and provide a response through enhanced support.
The presence of adults trained in the field will, in my opinion, prevent these abuses which lead to violence.
