The results of the Primary One Central Allocation will be notified to parents by post from June 2 to 3. The Education Bureau announced earlier that according to the statistics of the number of students registered for the self-allocated places, a total of 49,749 applications for Primary One’s self-allocated places were successfully obtained. There are 23,107 students who have been assigned degrees, and less than half of the students who have successfully received such degrees. The remaining 26,642 applicants who have not been assigned, are expected to have more than 25,000 people participating in the unified allocation.

The Education Bureau just announced the "2020 Primary One Admissions Report" on March 8. It was found that nearly one-third of the students on the school network were assigned to volunteers after 10 last year. The popular 41 network in Kowloon City District also had 15.5% of the students assigned. Volunteer after 10.

In the unified allocation stage, the whole territory is divided into 36 school nets. Parents should fill in the school choice based on the school net to which their residential address belongs.

It will be divided into Part A and Part B. In Part A, 10% of the degrees are not restricted by the school network, and only 3 volunteers can be filled in, while 90% of the degrees in Part B are restricted by the school network. The success rate of popular school nets such as Kowloon City on Net 41 dropped from 68.6% in 2019 to 64.9% in 2020, a drop of 3.7%.

The biggest drop last year was Wong Tai Sin at 43. The success rate of the first three volunteers dropped from 93.2% in 2019 to 70.4% last year, a drop of 22.8%.

Last year, the school net 83 Sha Tau Kok District, which had the highest volunteer success rate in the top three, was 90%, up 6.7% from last year. Another popular 12 net Wan Chai district received 63.6% of the top three volunteers last year, which has risen to 74.3% this year. The increase reached 10.7%.

The school network with the lowest volunteer success rate in the top three last year was 74 in Yuen Long, which was only 50.2%, down 6.7 from 2019.

The school network with the second lowest success rate is 34 He Wentian, with only 53.5%, a full 9% drop from 2019.
