History has marked minds and consciences.

Our revelations, last Friday, on the act of bravery of Mohamed, 19, who came to the aid of a teenage girl attacked with a knife on March 2 in Sartrouville (Yvelines) did not go unnoticed.

Through us, Elisabeth Moreno, the Minister Delegate for Gender Equality, Diversity and Equal Opportunities, called on Sunday the mother of the young man, hospitalized since the facts in Georges-Pompidou (Paris XVth) and who has only a "10% chance of walking again", according to the doctors.

“She took the time to listen to me, was kind and promised us that she would do anything to help us,” reveals Nassima, mother of four and separated since 2013.

"She will try to obtain suitable accommodation for us to accommodate my son", confides the mother of the young man attacked.

The minister even planned to go this weekend to Mohamed's bedside but the strict constraints in hospitals linked to the Covid-19 pandemic have postponed the visit.

If Maïssame, the teenager saved by Mohamed and touched five times by the aggressor, has returned to her home in Cormeilles-en-Parisis, the "hero of Sartrouville" should be transferred this Wednesday to a rehabilitation center in north of Paris.

"Then the minister told me that she will try to get us suitable accommodation to accommodate my son", adds the mother of the young man, touched by the many messages of support received since the revelation of the facts.
