Comparing the prices of transactions made in December 2020 to January 2021 compared to the prices of transactions made in November 2020 to December 2020, it was found that apartment prices increased by 0.9%, thus completing an increase of 4.3% compared to the same period last year, ie in December 2019 to January 2020.

In the segmentation of changes in housing prices by district in December 2020 to January 2021, compared with November 2020 to December 2020, price increases were found in all districts: in the north there was an increase of 1.6%, in Tel Aviv of 1.3%, in Haifa of 1.1%, in the south of 0.8% and in Jerusalem And in the center there was an increase of 0.3%, each.
