The Multi50 class unveiled, this Tuesday in Paris, the contours of its new crewed racing circuit, the Pro Sailing Tour.
This is a program of five meetings which will kick off in Brest on May 5th.
The 50-foot foil trimarans (15 meters), renamed Ocean Fifty, will also participate in regattas in La Rochelle (May 26-30), the Canaries (June 30-July 4) and Marseille (July 21-25).
At each stage, the crews will participate in a 24 hour offshore challenge (400 miles) and regattas in the bay or roadstead (6-8 rounds).
The grand final will consist of an offshore racing event in the Mediterranean and the Atlantic with arrival in Brest (August 1-7).
Six skippers and their crew will be on the starting line (Sam Goodchild, Gilles Lamiré, Sébastien Rogues, Thibaut Vauchel-Camus, Quentin Vlamynck and Fabrice Cahierc).
