The chairman of the Central Election Commission, Justice Uzi Vogelman, decided today (Tuesday) to accept the position of Spokesman Mandelblit and to ban the Likud from using the slogan "Returning to Life" in the election campaign for the 24th Knesset.
In a reasoned decision issued tonight, Judge Vogelman noted that he partially accepts the petition filed by the organization "National Responsibility - Israel, My Home."
The Likud has already prepared for the decision and in response to the opinion of Spokesman Mandelblit, has moved to the slogan "Returning to Life".
