The man was absent around 9.45 am and had left the Malinois shepherd to his mother in their common home, to look after him.

After returning around 10:20 am, the man found the latter lying bloody, visibly bitten by the animal.

He places the dog in a closed room and calls for help.

They arrive on site and note the death of the victim.

But according to a source close to the

Parisian

survey

, “

the doctors did not agree between them.

[A doctor from the SAMU] judged that the wounds caused by the dog did not necessarily only lead to death

”.

An autopsy would have been requested, and the son will be auditioned.

The dog had been a problem for a long time, according to people in the building.

He had bitten the mother in the past, who must have been operated on.

Residents of the neighborhood had recently entered the Stéphane Lamart association for the defense of animal rights because the dog terrorized the building and barked at night.

According to a witness, the Malinois was thin and aggressive: "

this guy no longer controlled his dog

" he adds.

The son and his mother were going through a difficult period, ”according to this source.
