What restaurants do you think can represent the local culture of Hong Kong?
"Asia's 50 Best Restaurants" set up the "Essence of Asia" list for the first time this year, paying tribute to many local restaurants that represent Asian culture without ranking.
There are a total of 6 restaurants in Hong Kong on the list, including Sham Shui Po Ming Ge, "Beihe Go", who is helping the grassroots.

The "Quites of Asia" list is compiled based on the recommendations of the award-winning chefs of the "Asia's 50 Best Restaurants" in 2020 and 2021, the "Asia's 50 Best Restaurants" judging committee, and the highly respected culinary leaders in Asia. Asia's rich and diverse food culture.
Judging criteria include restaurants that are well-loved in the local area, focus on serving the community, or continue to innovate and improve local cuisine.
This list includes many restaurants in 20 Asian countries and regions, including Taiwan, Hong Kong, Macau, Bangkok, Singapore, South Korea and Japan.
Hong Kong’s selected restaurants include the familiar Australian Dairy Company, Jiujie Beef Ribs, etc.
