Chairman of "Yesh Atid" for "Israel Today": "If we do not win, it will be a government of the followers of the killer Baruch Goldstein" • "The other side wants a government of darkness and immunity"
A few days before the elections to the 24th Knesset, the chairman of Yesh Atid, who was rarely interviewed, goes on the offensive. Lapid told Israel Today that "Yesh Atid is the iron wall against the disaster of Netanyahu's next government."

Lapid added: "We will not agree that our children will become second-class citizens. Litzman, Deri, Smutrich and Ben Gvir will not set our children the values of this country. That is why we must win on Tuesday. Only there is a great future that will prevent them from taking over the country. They cannot form a government of darkness and racism here. "
Last night, Lapid held the last activist conference before the election, saying: "We can win this election. We are fighting for the 61st seat. All these two years are drained into one seat."
He also said that "whoever is determined enough, will bring it. If we work right and hard, if we convince the undecided, we can win these elections."
Later, Lapid attacked Netanyahu's "right-wing" government: "If we do not form the next government, if Netanyahu wins, God forbid, he will form the government of Litzman, Deri, Smutrich and Ben Gvir. This is the only government he has. This is the composition he calls. "He has a 'right-wing' government. A non-Zionist government, in which the Likud is completely controlled. Netanyahu is held captive by ultra-Orthodox activists and by the most extremist elements in Israeli society. A government of the murderers' followers Baruch Goldstein."
Afterwards, Lapid addressed the undecided: "I want to tell all the undecided that the other side is not undecided. They have already decided. They want a government of darkness, immunity and the elimination of democracy."
Referring to the parties from the center-left bloc that are around the blocking percentage, he said: "I respect small parties and their principles. They will be partners in any government that is clean, but real change only brings big parties."
