The sister of the retired judge Hu Guoxing and the principal of St. Teresa’s Kindergarten in Datong New Village, Hu Xiaoxia, was involved in the abuse of power. The reporter went to inspect the village today. Hu Xiaoxia's village house is located next to the Fanling Golf Course, with a garage and a back garden.

There are six suspected unauthorized structures, including two glass houses and structures in the garden where the faculty paints murals, as well as structures on the roof and the main entrance, and a turtle pond. The total area is about 2,500 square feet.

Hu's domestic helper said that Hu Xiaoxia lived in the urban area on weekdays, and only came back to stay on weekends and holidays for one or two days.

Checking the 100-floor map of the Buildings Department, several additions to Hu Xiaoxia's village house have no record.

The reporter enquired with the Buildings Department yesterday afternoon, but no reply was received before the deadline.

Claims to be ignorant of the law and denies deliberate concealment

Hu Xiaoxia said that she intends to move into the village house after retirement, saying that she does not understand the law on illegal construction, and she did not deliberately conceal it: "You should talk to me to build the illegal construction.
