A shooting left one dead and one seriously injured, whose
"life-threatening prognosis"

The deceased victim was 22 years old.
The other seriously injured victim, aged 20, is known to the courts.
A suspect has been arrested, but the circumstances of the shooting are still unknown, the magistrate said.

The Chaussée district, where the shooting took place, is
"a district known to harbor significant drug trafficking,"
said Loïc Abrial.
"According to the first elements, this could be in connection with a settlement of accounts"
, declared the prosecutor.
The investigation was entrusted to the territorial management of the PJ of Orleans.
