The dispute between the WBV Ammer-Loisach and the municipality of Eschenlohe in terms of wood storage space is entering the next round.

25,000 euros lease since 2013
"Since 2013, when we and the Bavarian State Forests began to value and use the space, we have paid the community a lease of over 25,000 euros," says Grebenstein.
The infrastructure (passable paths) was created by the WBV together with the Bavarian State Forests, the municipality did not participate.
Debate about access
Grebenstein complains, among other things, that the municipality had the driveway repaired without informing the WBV.
According to his statement, the WBV should have organized this.
Kölbl says: “There was imminent danger because there were potholes.” And on a scale, “where you had to do something.

In the Tagblatt article, Kölbl also asked why the municipality should "subsidize" the WBV.
Grebenstein rejects this.
The WBV was not "subsidized" by the municipality.
"If we add up all income and expenses, the space for the WBV is financially a 'zero number'."
Kölbl names damage
Kölbl remains with it: The municipality was not able to maintain the stock with the lease income.
He refers to broken bridges and dirt roads damaged by heavy timber trucks, where they shouldn't actually drive.
Grebenstein not wanted
Grebenstein also writes of "false information" that was given to the decision-makers, that is to say the local councils.
Kölbl opposes: “I communicated everything in the local council.” Grebenstein also regrets that “we were given very little opportunity to clarify open questions and rumors about the camp site and the WBV in front of the local council”.
WBV chairman Felix Wörmann spoke to the committee.
Grebenstein did not get this opportunity.
Apparently there is a reason for this.
Kölbl only communicates with the managing director in writing, according to his own statement.
Kölbl didn't like the key Grebenstein used on the phone.
“You don't talk like that with a mayor,” emphasizes the town hall chief.
WBV extends feelers
According to Grebenstein, the central storage area was of great importance for the forest, the forestry and timber industry as well as the forest owners.
The WBV has already put out feelers to find a new one.
The organization has an eye on areas in the area of the municipalities of Spatzenhausen, Seehausen and Riegsee.
An important criterion is: Because of the bark beetle, the site must be at least 500 meters from the nearest spruce forest.
“It's not impossible to find something,” says Grebenstein.
The WBV has already received a specific offer.
