The director of the office of Tishreen newspaper in Sweida, Talal Al-Kafiri, said that the law provides the opportunity for the destitute and low-income people to establish their own projects and create new job opportunities, since the ceiling of financing for loans ranges between 25 and 30 million Syrian pounds.

The director of Al-Karma Radio, Dr. Farouk Sharaf stressed the importance of carefully following up the implementation of Law No. 8, as it came to help people without income to carry out projects that improve their living conditions, while the media on the same radio station Rana Al-Jaghami indicated that to benefit from the law requires adherence to the standards set in it in order to benefit the target group in a way that contributes By creating job opportunities and facing the unemployment problem.

The journalist Samih Jabbour from the Radio and Television Center in Sweida said that Law 8 came in a timely manner, and that its proper investment would make a qualitative leap in the national economy and real development, especially in the countryside.

According to Tishreen newspaper journalist Diaa Al-Safadi, this law is considered an outlet for those without income to do small businesses or support the owners of existing micro-enterprises and provide them with financing that they could not obtain from public and private banks that require the existence of guarantors and multiple guarantees.

According to the journalist, Safaa al-Hasheesh, from the Radio and Television Center in Daraa, the law on microfinance banks diversified and simplified the procedures for granting loans to a large segment of society and constitutes an outlet to provide new job opportunities without complex conditions, which will positively affect the production process and the diversity of local products.

Law No. 8 of 2021 is a unique and unprecedented banking vision in the Syrian banking legislation that would constitute a radical transformation in the small and micro-enterprises sector in terms of its sponsorship since the birth of its idea and its crystallization and the training of those wishing to establish projects up to their establishment and support with the necessary financing with encouraging benefits, whether there are guarantees. or not.
