The Arab Writers Union condemned in the strongest terms the blatant Israeli aggression on Syrian lands yesterday, describing it as a cowardly criminal aggression.
In a statement, which SANA received today, the Federation affirmed that the brutal Zionist enemy is still insisting on its terror and brutality against the Syrian Arab people, who thwarted their aggressive plans throughout the Syrian geography, pointing out that Syria was and is still firm on its national and national stances and its standing in the axis of resistance.
The Federation considered that the lack of indifference on the part of the international community to the repeated Zionist attacks would make these institutions lose confidence among the peoples of the world.
The Union affirmed adherence to the option of resistance aimed at liberating all occupied Arab lands and the readiness to sacrifice lives for the sake of the homeland and the nation, expressing its hope to open the door for volunteering to recover the Syrian Arab Golan and all occupied Arab lands.
Yesterday, our air defense media responded to an Israeli aggression from the direction of the occupied Syrian Golan on some targets in the vicinity of Damascus, and most of the aggression's missiles were shot down.
