Russian State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin affirmed that US President Joe Biden's statements about Russian President Vladimir Putin are evidence of impotence and an insult to all Russians.
In response to Biden’s statements, Volodin wrote via Telegram: “Biden insulted the citizens of our country with his statement .. This is hysteria resulting from impotence .. Putin is our president and attacking him is tantamount to an attack on our country.”
Biden had said in an interview broadcast by ABC News today that Putin will "pay the price" for what Washington claims about Russian efforts to influence the recent US presidential elections in favor of Donald Trump. Biden also answered "yes" to the presenter's question about whether he believed that Putin is a "killer".
