True, a sweet burger is a gimmick, but alas for my cut - it's also a particularly tasty bite.

Homemade sweet and sour rolls, stuffed with a mixture of soft and wonderful chocolate balls, surprisingly similar to a hamburger.



The variety of toppings is trusted by the young chefs who have poured in various gummy candies to create the illusion of a fairly reliable hamburger.

The full recipe

List of ingredients for 8 burgers: For



rolls:



1/2 kg flour



1 bag dry yeast (10 g)



1 cup lukewarm water (220 ml)



1 beaten egg



1/3 cup sugar



1 teaspoon salt



1/3 cup oil



Glaze

olive

:



1 beaten



sesame

egg

as needed

For "patties":



250 grams of biscuits Simple wild

berries



100 grams of cold butter cut into cubes



3 tablespoons quality cocoa



5 tablespoons sugar



½ cup milk

Toppings:



Delicate Yolu White

Banana Rubber



Strawberry Jam

Teddy bears in the colors of red and green

egg yolk







How to prepare: For



rolls: Put all the dough ingredients into a soft and flexible dough.

Swell covered for about 40 minutes.



Divide the dough into 8 balls.



Roll into beautiful round balls, arrange on a baking paper-lined pan, at intervals.



Using the wrist, flatten the balls slightly so that you get a bun like a hamburger.



Swell covered for about 30 minutes.

Bake at medium heat 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.

For patties:



Make chocolate balls, grind the biscuits in a food processor or with a sledgehammer.



Mix all the ingredients and "put" together to obtain a homogeneous mixture.



Form "patties" the diameter of the rolls.

When serving:



Cross the rolls horizontally, spread white yolu and / or strawberry jam on top of the bun.



Place a chocolate patty.



Add rubber teddy bear and egg yolk.

Serve with banana gum as chips.
