In the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen district, there was hope for further relaxation of the corona rules.
District Administrator Josef Niedermaier annoys that it does not happen on Monday.
Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen - Actually, regions with a permanent incidence below 100 should have loosened next Monday.
There were perspectives especially for outdoor catering, culture and sport.
But they have been withdrawn after a decision by the Bavarian Ministry of Health because of the general increase in numbers.
This also applies to the Bad Tölz-Wolfratshausen district with an incidence of currently 60.2.
District Administrator Josef Niedermaier is annoyed by the Munich U-turn.
In a press release from early Thursday evening he wrote: "We can hardly understand today's decision, especially since opening options for gastronomy and cultural areas have been promised in a media-effective manner." It is completely understandable that this decision will cause frustration and a lot of anger.
Niedermaier now urgently demands reliable concepts.
"These industries can no longer bear the back and forth financially and mentally."
The district office had only submitted a general order to the Ministry of Health for review on Wednesday.
Niedermaier was confident that outdoor dining, sport and culture would be possible within a certain framework.
After all, with its relatively low incidence, the district had met all the requirements for easing.
The State Chancellery refers to the next federal-state meeting on Monday, March 22nd.
