Rapper Moha la Squale faces ten months in prison for refusal to comply, contempt and rebellion

The 25-year-old Parisian is being prosecuted following a “tough” arrest, carried out in Paris in June 2020. The court reserved his judgment on April 15.


The prosecution requested, Thursday, March 18, ten months in prison, with arrangement under electronic bracelet, against rapper Moha la Squale, tried for refusal to comply, contempt and rebellion.

The prosecutor also called for a six-month driver's license suspension.

Moha la Squale was one of the big revelations of the year 2018. Author of a first album, called

Bendero

, acclaimed by the public - gold record and more than 50,000 copies sold - and hailed by the critics, he was nominated for the Victoires de la musique 2019 and told the court that he was preparing a new album.
