The Hong Kong Science and Technology Park will host the "Hong Kong Science Park Online Career Expo 2021" from today to 24. The Career Expo will provide more than 2,400 innovation and technology job vacancies, which has more than doubled from last year.

This expo has attracted more than 270 large enterprises, technology companies and start-ups to participate, the number is a full 100 more than 2020, and provides a large number of artificial intelligence and robotics, biotechnology, financial technology, data and smart city related work opportunity.

Among them, 85% are vacancies related to technology and R&D, including artificial intelligence engineers, data scientists, biomedical researchers, software developers, user experience (UX)/user interface (UI) designers, etc.

Huang Keqiang, Chief Executive Officer of the Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation, said that even though the epidemic has brought challenges to different industries, the job opportunities and the number of participating technology companies in this year's Career Expo are still record highs, showing that the Hong Kong innovation and technology ecosystem has strong strength and resilience, and is full of unlimited development opportunities. .
