The vaccinations with the corona vaccine from the manufacturer AstraZeneca will continue in Germany.
Health Minister Jens Spahn announced.
The vaccinations should therefore be resumed on Friday.
In the future, however, there should be a warning for the preparation.
The European Medicines Agency (Ema) had previously announced that a connection between the AstraZeneca vaccinations and very rare, special thromboses could not be ruled out.
From the point of view of the authority, however, there are significantly greater risks from Covid-19, which is why the unreserved recommendation of the vaccine is adhered to.
The Ema had already announced that a separate warning of possible rare blood clots in cerebral veins would be included in the case of possible side effects.
A connection with ordinary thrombosis could not be established according to the authority.
The concerns are currently limited to so-called sinus vein thrombosis in the brain.
