The Government of Gildo Insfrán will appeal the ruling of the Federal Justice that orders free movement in Formosa.
This was announced this Friday by Stella Maris Zabala, state prosecutor of the province.
The ruling that was known this Friday bears the signature of the judge María Belén López Macé, head of the Federal Court No. of Formosa, who
ordered free movement in the province
by giving rise to a presentation of the senators Luis Naidenoff and Martín Hernández , after the provision of the return to phase 1 of isolation due to coronavirus in the province.
The habeas corpus presented by the senators asked the courts to
"release and reestablish the ambulatory freedom
of all the people who are isolated for having entered the province and have a negative PCR in compliance with the federal standard DNU 168/21".
Justice gave us the reason.
Free movement between provinces and entry to Formosa must be guaranteed, without compulsory isolation.
Insfrán has 72 hours to adapt the protocol and comply with the parameters of DNU 168/2021.

In statements to the
Agenform
agency
, Zabala
defended the measures applied
by the
Formosan
government and affirmed that they will
appeal the judicial decision
.
“We are going to appeal.
The epidemiological situation not only in the province, but in the country and the world is turning negatively, "he said. And he added." We reaffirm the current protocols, stating that they would continue because it is a faculty that the province of Formosa constitutionally holds " .
The official assured that the province governed by Insfrán adhered to "a recent presidential decree that established a series of regulations" and that the isolation measures established were taken in relation to the appearance of the Brazilian strain of coronavirus in the country and the complex situation sanitary of Paraguay.
The ruling of this Friday also orders that
"abstain from isolating
people who enter the provincial territory and are not positive cases of COVID-19, suspect and / or close contacts as established by the National authority, according to DNU 260/20 DNU 125/21 AND DNU 168/21 ″.
On that point, Zabala reaffirmed the need for mandatory isolation for everyone who enters Formosa.
"The question is simply not enough, because the person can even falsify the information or even think that he has not had contact (with a positive) and enter with a negative PCR, when
the vector can be and manifest itself only after the seventh day
."
López Macé's ruling establishes that the Government of Insfrán has 72 hours to present a protocol and adapt to the measure.
However, Zabala assured that "it is not yet firm."
