A mother of a student and her 19-year-old daughter are suspected of having hit the teacher and a municipal employee on Thursday at the Carnot school in N

Shock and consternation at the Carnot school group in Nogent-sur-Oise.

Thursday evening, a 38-year-old woman and her eldest daughter were taken into custody following the assault on the 36-year-old kindergarten director and her Atsem (Specialized territorial officer for nursery schools) .

An investigation was opened and entrusted to the Creil police station.

Friday evening, the two mis en cause were presented to a magistrate of the public prosecutor's office of Senlis.

According to a source close to the investigation, it was after a "discussion that would have gone wrong" between the family of a student and the director that the situation would have degenerated.

The mother first came in the morning to meet the manager - also a teacher - in order to complain about a situation of harassment to which her 4-year-old child would be the victim.

If the nature of their conversation remains to be clarified, the mother then returned around 4:45 p.m., accompanied by her 19-year-old daughter.

"It was incredibly violent"

In the classroom, the situation is tense.

Very quickly, mother and daughter attacked the director and Atsem, a 25-year-old woman, who was also there.

After being pushed to the ground, the two women are kicked, threatened and insulted.

“It was incredibly violent,” relates an educational staff.

Witness of the scene, this one expresses his incomprehension.

“Yet there had been no warning sign of such aggression.

"

It will take the intervention of a third party to put an end to the altercation.

In the process, the eldest daughter - and alleged aggressor - goes to the police station to… lodge a complaint against the director.

“She tried to take the lead by saying that she was the victim.

It's a classic blow, ”blows a policeman.

In front of the investigators, the mother and the daughter continued to deny the facts.

Driven to the emergency room in the wake, the two victims were able to come out this Friday.

They suffered from a sprained shoulder for the director and a similar injury to the wrist for the Atsem.
