Mantchouk (Russia and Armenia)
In the Petrossian family, I ask for the grandmother!
The brand famous for its caviar and exceptional smoked fish has launched a brand in tribute to the recipes of its ancestors, inspired by Russian and Armenian traditions: pirojkis (turnovers with meat, cheese or spinach);
white tarama;
borscht (beetroot soup);
pirog (beef pie);
koulibiak with white butter salmon (pie);
mantis (beef ravioli, chicken broth and yogurt sauce);
dolma (cabbage leaf stuffed with beef) ... To be completed, as an option, with blini, malossol pickles or white cabbage marinated in dill.
Save room for apple strudel or vatrushka (Russian cheesecake)!
