Clubs and non-commercial providers who have ideas for this can submit their concept to sport-theresienwiese@ba-2.de.

The best chances are proposals without large structures, which are aimed at young and old as much as possible.

If the BA has its way, there will also be food and drink stalls, lots of mobile seating and again a palm garden on Theresienwiese.

However, if the Oktoberfest can take place, the build-up phase will begin in mid-July.

This would severely limit the usable space.
