The Hama team won the Republican Championship for Cubs and Cubs with table tennis that was held in the city of Tartous, with the participation of players who represented most of the governorates.
In the Shiblat category, Hama Anana Kurdish player won first place, ahead of Tartous player Naya Suleiman and Idlib Aba Hallaq, while her colleague Sham Asad came fourth.
In the Cubs category, Hama player Muhammad Tarabin won the championship title, followed by Damascus player Muhammad Salem Zaza in second place, while Hama Zaid Qatini and Ghaith Gharib won the third and fourth places respectively.
Shiblat coach Jamila Al-Shaar explained in a statement to the SANA sports correspondent that the tournament was of a good level and witnessed strong competitions in both the male and female categories, but the experience of the Hama team was clear, so the title was their share, pointing out that what distinguished the tournament were the promising talents that appeared in them promising A better future for Syrian table tennis.
