Poland records 26 thousand new cases of Corona

Poland recorded 26,405 infections and 349 deaths related to the Coronavirus in the past 24 hours.

According to the latest statistics of the World Meters global website, which is concerned with following up on the developments of the Corona virus, the total number of infections recorded in the country amounted to two million 36 thousand and 700 cases, while the total deaths reached 49,159 deaths after 349 new deaths were recorded.

In a related context, the authorities began imposing a partial lockdown, starting today, and continuing for three weeks, with the imposition of new restrictions to cope with the increasing number of HIV infections in Poland.

In turn, Ukraine recorded 15,292 cases and 260 deaths from the virus, bringing the total number of infections in the country so far to one million and 535 thousand and 218 infections, while the total deaths reached 29,775 cases.

In Portugal, the health authorities recorded 457 new injuries, bringing the total to 817080, and the total deaths 16,762 cases, after 8 new deaths were recorded.
