Who can leave the country?
As of today, the approval of an Exceptions Committee is not required to leave Israel.
Everyone can leave the country without special permission.
Anyone who has not been vaccinated or recovered is required to perform a corona test 72 hours before leaving Israel.
Most of the targets that Israelis receive require a corona test to be performed within a similar time frame in each case, both vaccinated and recovering.
Is it possible to return to Israel without the need for the approval of an Exceptions Committee?
The Exceptions Committee has been completely abolished, according to a High Court decision. Any Israeli can return to Israel without the need for a special permit. It is important to mention that it is not possible to enter Ben Gurion Airport without a recovering / vaccinated permit from the last 72 hours Of returning from abroad inside the terminal and not escorting the passengers into the passenger hall.
How many Israelis can enter the country every day?
There is no limit to the amount of inbound daily.
Already today, about 60 flights will be operated, with about 8,400 passengers passing through Ben Gurion Airport.
Later this week, the numbers are expected to rise and cross the threshold of 10,000 passengers who will pass through Ben Gurion Airport per day.

How will those who land on Election Day be able to vote?
At the request of the Election Commission, the Airports Authority has placed ballots that will be available to landers who wish to exercise their right to vote before entering isolation.
Anyone who lands on Tuesday in Israel will be able to vote at Ben Gurion Airport and immediately go to solitary confinement, if necessary.
Anyone landing in Israel is required to enter solitary confinement?
No. Recovered and vaccinated are required to perform a corona test 72 hours before returning to Israel Need for isolation. Those who are not vaccinated or recovered will have to go through the same process, and at the end go into isolation for 10 days subject to two tests, or 14 days without tests.
Which countries receive Israeli tourists?
The list is long and includes more than 30 countries. Israelis have already booked airline tickets for them, and there are direct flights as early as this week: UAE, USA (most countries do not need isolation), Turkey, Seychelles, Georgia, Bulgaria, Serbia, Ukraine.
It is important to remember that some countries change policies and enter into closures from time to time, Ukraine enters a closure starting today.
Countries that do not have direct flights to but accept Israelis: Mexico, the Maldives, Montenegro, the Dominican Republic, France (with isolation), England (with isolation) and other countries.
How does overseas travel insurance work during this period? The
insurances have risen slightly, but most insurance companies have already formulated new price lists that also include insurance for the US and some have already started insuring for South and Central American countries.
During the Corona period many insurance companies stopped insuring for many destinations and prices went up significantly.
Where are corona tests done before returning to Israel?
It is highly recommended to check in each country, even before the flight to it, where you will perform the corona test before returning to Israel and how much it will cost.
There are countries where the prices of the tests are high and this may increase the cost of the trip.
In almost all countries that Israelis can enter, it is possible to perform corona tests available that will allow for answers within the time frame required by the State of Israel.
Are there other countries that are expected to accept Israelis soon?
As early as next month, Israelis are expected to be the first to receive permission to enter Greece and Cyprus.
The Foreign Ministry is working on additional agreements with other countries and it is possible that very soon there will be more countries that will agree to accept vaccinated Israeli tourists.
Thailand is expected to open its gates to the vaccinated as early as July and according to reports, towards the summer there will be more countries in Europe including Spain and Italy, which will receive vaccinated tourists.
