The Brazilian Ministry of Health announced the registration of 1290 deaths and 47,774 new cases of Coronavirus during the past 24 hours.
Reuters quoted the ministry as saying in a statement today that the total number of injuries in the country reached 11 million 998 233 injuries, while the total number of deaths reached 294,042 deaths.
Brazil recorded the second largest death toll from the virus in the world after the United States and the third highest number of infections after the United States and India.
