For a Bavarian thermal bath, it is finally good news in the never-ending lockdown: The wellness temple in Erding was named the best thermal bath in Germany.

For the fourth time, thermal baths in Germany, Austria and Switzerland were compared.
The Erdinger Therme received 17.67 out of a possible 20 points.
The ratings were popularity, awareness, value for money and facilities.
Erdinger is the best thermal bath in Germany: 100 baths were examined
In addition to Erding, the thermal baths Bad Wörishofen, Sinsheim and Euskirchen as well as the Tropical Islands near Berlin made it into the top ten.
100 baths were examined carefully.
The assessment took place before the corona lockdown.
However, the baths had to close from March to June and then again from November.
There is no date in sight for the second restart.
