In her poem entitled (The Affliction of Pain), the poet Noura Al-Younes described the sadness that squeezes a mother’s heart when her children oppose her and her longing to see them, and the tolerance and love that this big heart carries.

The poet Rose Melhem had a vertical poem entitled (Oh Good Call) in which she praised the sanctity of the mother and her generosity, indicating that all the ABCs of the world cannot fulfill the rights of the mother or describe her sacrifices.

In her vertical poem entitled (The Twins of an Angel), the poet Maha Melhem described the mother's feelings towards her children, her longing and likening her to the angels of heaven.

And about nostalgia for a mother who passed away from this world, the poet Muhammad al-Abdullah spoke in his poem entitled (Oh The Longing of Homs) about his longing for his late mother who left in the hearts of her children the pain and sorrow for her separation.

The poet Hassan Ali Al-Marai had a poem entitled (Greeting) in which he used the direct method to describe the virtuous qualities on which his mother raised him and how she taught her children the love of the nation and made her grandchildren martyrs.

In her poem entitled (A Girl in the Heart), the poet Hiyam Al-Ahmad described the suffering and sacrifices of the mother from the beginning of her journey with motherhood until the children of her heart became adults.
