It happened this morning at the door of the hospital in the town of San Andrés of the San Martín district, the same one that is right in front of the Villa Melo de Vicente López where José Luis lived, and where the Avenida de los Constituents serves as a boundary between the matches.

The agents of the 8th police station in San Martín were in the hospital because an injured man had arrived, they were talking with their relatives when a noise from the parking lot caught their attention: they had broken the window of a car to

and they arrested the suspect.
According to the relatives of José Luis, he wanted to tell the mother of the detained boy that he had been taken to prison because he knows them.
The truth is that the security cameras show several neighbors in the hospital parking lot.
There the first contact with a plainclothes policeman takes place.
After a brief face-to-face with a man, the policeman turned and walked among the cars toward the hospital, waving his arms.

The truth is that the following image shows the policeman on the floor and José Luis running towards him, throwing himself at him and attacking him.
According to the sources consulted by the Télam agency, a colleague of the attacked agent
shot him at least twice
to stop the attack.
They say González was armed with a knife and injured the cash in his left arm and leg.

The truth is that the policeman who was being subjected by José Luis would also have fired and managed to get away because of the participation of his two companions.
Those are the same agents who, after detaining him on the floor, then took the injured victim to the hospital, where he
died
minutes later.
The case is being investigated by the prosecutor Gabriela Disnan, from UFI N ° 5 of the San Martín Judicial Department, who notified the two police officers who fired of the formulation of the case and will take a statement tomorrow to determine if they acted in their legitimate defense or they committed excess.
And since there are police personnel under investigation, the expert opinions will be made by personnel of the National Gendarmerie.
