“Inside with mine, outside as a citizen”
: after the failures of the weekend, Prime Minister Jean Castex presented Monday evening to his ministers the new government communication campaign to fight against the Covid epidemic.
After the
“Brake without locking up”
launched last week by the head of government, the new slogan with a rich rhyme
sets out
the new restrictions in eleven commandments.

Inside with mine?
That is to say
"I do not receive at home", "I do not go to other people's
homes"
,
"I telework unless impossible", "I regularly ventilate my accommodation"
and
"I no longer go out after 7:00 p.m. , except for my work or an emergency, and with a certificate ”,
is it listed in this first pillar.
Outside as a citizen?
Or
"I can go out until 7:00 p.m. for authorized reasons: to work, to go for a walk, to go shopping, to accompany my children to school, to take my pet out or to go to the doctor".
But, recalls the campaign,
"Beyond 10 km, I must have a certificate justifying the reason for my trip"
and
"I do not leave the region or my department except for compelling or professional reasons, justified by certificate".
"I wear the mask and I remember the distances"
and if
"I can find friends outside",
it is
"at six maximum while respecting the barrier gestures"
, warns the government.
And
"if I am not alone or if I am not with the people in my household"
, be careful:
"I avoid eating or drinking".
Sixteen departments, where about a third of the French live, are the subject of
"braking measures"
applied since Saturday because of the worsening health situation.
The first day of this confinement, much lighter than the first two, was marked by the catastrophic withdrawal of the first version of the travel certificate.
The government is also criticized by scientists who, on the whole, deem the measures insufficient to curb the epidemic.
