Further, the indictment details the acts committed by Atallah during the transition between the wings.

Among other things, there is a case in which Prisoner Noga (pseudonym) waited for the doors of Wing 5 in the prison to be opened while he was standing next to her.

"While they were waiting, the defendant approached Noga, stretched out his hands and stroked her belly, against her will and for sexual stimulation and gratification."

According to the indictment, Atallah even "used to look at Noga for a long time and also approach her and say to her statements such as 'I am addicted to you', 'died of love for you' and 'crazy about you'. Noga ordered the prisoner to stop addressing her in this way, For his words. "

The last case attributed according to the indictment to Atallah occurred in November 2017, while another warden in the criminal wing, Yael (pseudonym), was sent to accompany him in the transition between the security wings at Gilboa Prison.

He told her "because if she does not move to work in the ward where he is staying, he will organize a revolt among the prisoners."

At one point, according to the facts of the indictment, Yael stood and waited for the doors of one of the wings to open, while the defendant stood behind her.

While waiting, Atallah approached her and touched her buttocks area.

Following the act, the warden turned away from him, but then approached her once more and touched her for sexual stimulation.

The person who is completely absent from the indictment and from the list of prosecution witnesses is Rani Basha, the intelligence officer at Gilboa Prison, who is suspected of being involved and even knew about what was happening within the prison walls - but the case against him was closed for lack of evidence.

With the revelation of the affair in June 2018 it was reported that the officer allegedly sought to place wardens in the security wing in accordance with the prisoner’s requests.

During his interrogation at the National Prison Investigation Unit, the intelligence officer admitted that he had specifically asked certain wardens for the wing since Atallah had pierced the oil.

The prosecution decided to close the case against the intelligence officer after believing that "the mental element cannot be proven with criminal intent."

The IPS conducted a disciplinary trial for the intelligence officer and returned him to work in the organization after a year and a half suspension. The three guards who were expelled from the IPS during the revelation of the affair remained out of the system and claimed that no IPS officer had contacted them to date.
